Conector F DELOCK 65615, ficha macho tipo F em metal para cabo coaxial Ø 5,0–5,2 mm, prateado, 1 unid.

DELOCK 65615 is a metal F-type cable plug designed for use with coaxial cables that have an outer diameter of 5.0–5.2 mm. The silver-finished connector is supplied as a single piece and provides a threaded, screw-on connection suitable for TV, satellite and RF signal lines. The metal body ensures mechanical stability and consistent electrical contact when attached to compatible coaxial cables.

Advantages

The metal F connector offers a robust threaded connection that reduces the risk of signal loss due to poor contact. Its construction provides reliable mechanical retention and improved shielding compared with some plastic alternatives. The connector’s dimensions are matched to common 5.0–5.2 mm coaxial cables, enabling a snug fit and straightforward installation for standard antenna and satellite applications.

Suitable for

• Connecting television antenna cables to tuners, set-top boxes and wall plates
• Satellite receiver or LNB cabling where a screw-on F connector is required
• RF test setups and temporary installations that use 5.0–5.2 mm coaxial cable

When it may not be suitable

This connector is intended specifically for coaxial cables with an outer diameter of 5.0–5.2 mm; it may not fit smaller or larger cable jackets and should not be forced onto incompatible cables. It is a single-piece, screw-on F plug and does not include additional weatherproofing or integrated sealing, so for permanent outdoor installations exposed to moisture you may need a connector with dedicated sealing or use appropriate waterproofing techniques.

Key specifications

• Connector type: F-type (screw-on)
• Material: metal body with silver finish
• Compatible cable outer diameter: 5.0–5.2 mm
• Quantity: 1 piece
• Application: TV, satellite and RF signal transmission

How to use

Prepare the coaxial cable by stripping the outer jacket, braid and dielectric to the manufacturer-recommended dimensions so the center conductor and outer conductor are exposed appropriately. Slide the connector onto the prepared cable end and ensure the centre conductor protrudes through the pin opening and that the braid makes contact with the connector body. Screw the F plug onto the cable until it is tight and secure, then attach the connector to the device by screwing it onto the corresponding F-type socket.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the outer diameter of your coaxial cable is 5.0–5.2 mm for a correct fit
• Consider whether outdoor use requires additional sealing or weatherproof connectors
• Ensure the installation method (screw-on) matches your device and cable preparation tools

Recommendations

For best electrical contact, use proper cable stripping tools and avoid damaging the centre conductor. Tighten the connector securely by hand; if using tools, apply moderate torque to avoid deforming the connector. For outdoor or long-term installations, add appropriate sealing around the connector to protect against moisture.
