How to use

Place the slicer on a flat, stable surface and ensure the unit is switched off before connecting to power. Use the thickness adjustment to select the desired slice width up to 1.5 cm. Position the food against the carriage or food holder and guide it steadily across the blade using the food pusher or guard provided. Do not apply excessive force; allow the motor to run at its intended speed for even slices. After use, switch off and disconnect from the mains before removing, cleaning, or storing components according to the manufacturer's cleaning instructions.

Recommendations

For best results, chill meats and hard cheeses briefly before slicing to obtain cleaner, more consistent cuts. Use the food pusher and provided guards at all times to reduce risk of contact with the blade. Clean removable parts after each use and dry thoroughly before storage.
