The CyberPower PDU44004 is a managed 1U rack power distribution unit providing reliable power distribution from a UPS, generator, or utility source to multiple IT devices. It includes dual power cords for redundant input connections, an automatic transfer switch (ATS) that switches between sources when thresholds are exceeded or a source fails, and remote individual outlet control over the network for on/off management of connected equipment. The unit features a hot-swappable Ethernet module compatible with PowerPanel® software and a web interface for real-time monitoring and configuration, a color-configurable digital LCD for easy identification of devices, event logging via network or browser, and support for an optional environmental sensor via RJ45. How to use

Install the PDU into a 1U rack space and connect its dual power cords to separate power sources (UPS, generator or utility) to enable redundancy. Configure the network connection using the hot-swappable Ethernet module and access the PowerPanel® software or the web interface to set monitoring thresholds, outlet groups, and alert preferences. Use the LCD to assign colors for quick visual identification of connected device groups.
