DeLOCK D-Sub HD macho de 44 pinos para borne de série para calha DIN 84x86x30mm

The DeLOCK D-Sub HD 44 pin male to Terminal Block is an adapter that allows connection of a D-Sub HD 44-pin male connector to screw-type terminal block wiring with stripped wire ends. It is designed for mounting on standard DIN rails and provides a compact interface for integrating D-Sub HD signals into control cabinets and wiring assemblies. The adapter measures approximately 84 × 86 × 30 mm and is finished in green.

Advantages

The adapter supports straightforward connection of stripped wires without soldering, simplifies wiring between equipment with D-Sub HD 44-pin interfaces and terminal blocks, and is supplied with mounting clips for attachment to either 15 mm or 35 mm DIN rails. Its compact footprint and standard DIN-rail compatibility enable tidy installation in distribution or control cabinets.

Suitable for

• Connecting D-Sub HD 44-pin male connectors to screw terminal wiring
• DIN-rail installations in control cabinets and electrical panels
• Prototyping or field wiring where easy access to individual conductors is required

How to use

Mount the adapter onto the DIN rail using the supplied clips, choosing the appropriate clip position for a 15 mm or 35 mm rail. Insert the D-Sub HD 44-pin male connector into the adapter interface. Strip the insulation from the wire ends to the recommended length for the terminal screws, insert each conductor into the corresponding terminal and secure by tightening the screw. Verify correct wiring and mechanical stability before powering the system.

Recommendations

Use standard wiring practices: ensure power is off when making connections, use appropriately sized conductors for the terminal screws, and confirm pin assignments against the D-Sub wiring diagram to avoid miswiring.
