How to use

Hold the peeler by the Inox handle with a firm but comfortable grip. Place the blade against the fruit or vegetable skin and apply light, even pressure while moving the peeler away from or towards you, depending on the item and preferred technique. For best results, peel in thin strokes to maintain nutrients and minimize waste. Rinse or dry the peeler after use and store in a drawer or utensil holder.

Recommendations

To maintain blade performance, wash the peeler by hand with mild detergent and dry immediately. Avoid prolonged exposure to acidic foods and do not use the peeler on very hard or frozen items to prevent blade damage.
