The Equip Pro Mount EPM-09-6060-G-CBAA is a 9U wall-mounted 19" cabinet designed to house active and passive network components in a compact footprint. Constructed from steel sheets up to 1.5 mm thick and finished in light grey (RAL 7035), the cabinet includes two pre-mounted adjustable 483 mm (19") profile rails with height unit markings, a key lock on the door, ventilation slots in the roof and multiple cable entry options for neat cable management.

Advantages

This wall mounted rack combines a robust steel construction with a powder-coated finish for durability and corrosion resistance. The rails are galvanized and depth-adjustable with readable U markings from both sides. The design supports flexible installation: removable door and side panels, reversible door orientation, pre-mounted rails, sliding roof cable entry with rubber seal, rear and base punched cable entries with covers, and brushes on the rear frame for top and bottom cable routing. Optional leveling feet or castors allow conversion to a freestanding configuration.

How to use

Mount the cabinet on a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate fixings (not supplied) and ensure the wall can support the combined weight of the cabinet and installed equipment. Adjust the depth of the 19" rails to match your equipment mounting depth and secure devices with standard 19" rack screws. Use the sliding cable entry on the roof, rear and base cable knockouts and the brush seals to route and protect cables. Panels and door can be removed for easier equipment installation and the door can be reversed to suit site requirements.

Recommendations

For optimal airflow, leave free space above and below heat-generating devices, use the roof ventilation slots, and avoid fully enclosing the cabinet in a confined space. Verify mounting hardware and wall anchors are rated for the total installed load before installation.
