Ficha 8P8C RJ45 macho blindada para cabo redondo, InLine, pack de 10, prateado

InLine shielded 8P8C (RJ45) male connectors for round network cables, supplied as a pack of 10 in a silver finish. These modular plugs are designed for creating and repairing Ethernet terminations where a shielded connection is required. The connectors accept standard round cable diameters and use the common 8P8C pinout, while the integrated metal shield reduces electromagnetic interference to maintain signal integrity in environments with electrical noise.

Advantages

These shielded RJ45 male connectors provide consistent mechanical contact and grounding for STP and screened cables, helping to minimise crosstalk and external EMI. The metal housing improves durability compared with unshielded plugs, and the silver finish offers corrosion resistance for reliable long-term performance. Supplied in a pack of ten, they are suited for small installation or repair jobs without the need to buy larger quantities.

Suitable for

• Crimping RJ45 terminations on round shielded twisted-pair (STP) network cables
• Repairing damaged RJ45 ends on shielded Ethernet cables
• Small installation projects where shielded connections are required
• Environments with potential electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Connector type: 8P8C (RJ45) male modular plug
• Contact configuration: Standard 8-contact pinout for Ethernet
• Shielding: Metal housing for EMI/RFI protection and grounding
• Cable type: Designed for round screened/shielded twisted-pair cables
• Finish: Silver-coloured metal surface for corrosion resistance
• Pack quantity: 10 connectors per package

How to use

Prepare a round shielded network cable by stripping the outer jacket and exposing the foil braid and drain wire according to the cable manufacturer’s guidelines. Untwist the pairs to the minimum extent necessary, align the conductors to the chosen wiring standard, and insert them fully into the plug so each wire seats under the correct contact. Ensure the braided shield and drain wire make contact with the metal housing for proper grounding. Crimp the connector with a suitable RJ45 crimp tool rated for shielded plugs, verifying that contacts are fully pressed and the cable is held securely.

Recommendations

Use with compatible crimping tools designed for shielded RJ45 plugs and verify cable diameter compatibility before assembly. Test terminated cables with an Ethernet cable tester to confirm continuity, pair order and shielding continuity. For installations exposed to moisture or corrosive environments, consider additional strain relief and sealing measures.
