Fita de filamento 3M Tartan KT-0000-4031-3, 50 m x 19 mm, transparente, biaxial

Filament Tape 3M Tartan KT-0000-4031-3 is a transparent bi-axial reinforcement tape, 50 m long and 19 mm wide, with embedded filaments to increase tensile strength and resistance to splitting. It is designed for parcel reinforcement, bundling and surface protection where a clear appearance and added strength are required.

Advantages

The tape provides high tensile strength and resistance to tearing due to bi-axial filament reinforcement. Its transparent backing preserves product visibility while offering secure bonding to a variety of surfaces. The narrow 19 mm width allows precise application for bundling and reinforcing small packages.

Suitable for

• Reinforcing parcels and cartons
• Bundling rods, pipes or similar items
• Protecting surfaces during storage or transport
• Applications requiring visible contents or labels

How to use

Clean and dry the application surface before applying the tape. Unwind the required length and press the tape firmly onto the surface to ensure adhesion; apply smoothing pressure along the tape to embed filaments and remove air pockets. For bundling, wrap the tape around the items with sufficient overlap and tension to secure them. Cut the tape with scissors or a tape dispenser designed for filament tape.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For optimal performance, apply at room temperature and avoid using on dusty or wet surfaces.
