Pensofal Diamond round 24 cm baking pan is made from durable extruded aluminum and finished with a six-layer Diamante non-stick coating reinforced with diamond powder. The pan is designed for everyday baking of cakes, tarts and other baked goods; its construction provides even heat distribution and easy food release while simplifying cleaning and maintenance.

Advantages

The Diamante coating offers strong non-stick properties even with minimal oil and high resistance to abrasion and scratches. The pan has a patented base with a 1 mm stainless steel insert that prevents slipping and deformation and promotes uniform heat distribution thanks to a rounded shape. How to use

Avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners to maintain the non-stick coating. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing to preserve its shape and coating.

Recommendations

To extend the life of the Diamante non-stick surface, clean with non-abrasive sponges, avoid sudden temperature shocks (such as placing a hot pan under cold water) and use silicone, wooden or plastic utensils. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing will better preserve coating performance over time.
