How to use

Roll pasta dough into thin sheets using a pasta roller or rolling pin, then place a sheet over the ravioli tablet. Add measured spoonfuls of filling at regular intervals, cover with a second sheet of dough and press down firmly with the device to cut and seal each ravioli. Open the press to remove formed pieces and place them on a floured tray to rest or cook immediately. For best results maintain even dough thickness and avoid overfilling to ensure proper sealing.

Recommendations

Lightly dust dough and device contact surfaces with semolina or flour to prevent sticking. Test one or two pieces first to adjust dough thickness and filling quantity. Clean the press after use by removing dough residues with a soft brush or cloth; avoid immersing any components that may retain moisture if the model has non-waterproof parts.
