How to use

Use the stainless steel handle to manoeuvre the pan; allow the handle to cool if necessary before handling directly. Pour liquids or sauces using the wide pouring rim to avoid dripping. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning.

Recommendations

For best results when searing or frying, preheat the pan thoroughly and use an appropriate amount of fat to prevent sticking on the uncoated stainless surface.
