Máquina de polir vibratória Holzmann VPT8KG – capacidade de 8 kg, modelo VPT8KG

The Holzmann VPT8KG vibratory tumbler is a compact finishing machine designed for processing small metal and plastic parts. With an 8 kg working capacity, the unit delivers continuous vibratory motion that accelerates deburring, polishing and cleaning tasks for workshop and small-series production. The design focuses on stable operation, controlled abrasive action and easy loading and unloading of batches.

Advantages

The vibratory action provides uniform contact between parts and media to reduce manual rework. Its 8 kg capacity balances throughput and footprint, making the machine suitable for benches or small production lines. Construction and mounting minimize vibration transmission to the surrounding surface, and the machine is compatible with a wide range of grinding, polishing and cleaning media for diverse surface finishes.

Suitable for

• Deburring small stamped, machined or cast metal components
• Polishing and light surface finishing of plastic parts
• Cleaning loose small parts prior to assembly or coating
• Batch processing in small workshops and prototyping environments

Key specifications

• Working capacity: 8 kg suitable for small batches
• Processing method: vibratory tumbling for simultaneous multi-part finishing
• Compatible media: ceramic, plastic, steel and other mass finishing media
• Typical applications: deburring, edge smoothing, surface polishing and light cleaning
• Footprint: compact design for bench or small-line installation

How to use

Place the parts and appropriate media into the bowl up to the recommended fill level and secure any cover before starting the machine. Select the processing time and media type according to the desired finish: use coarser media for aggressive deburring and finer media for polishing and smoothing. Monitor the process periodically and separate parts from media when the target surface quality is reached. Follow the manufacturer's safety instructions for electrical connection and handling.

Recommendations

Use separate media types for distinct processes to avoid cross-contamination of finishes. For consistent results, run trial batches to determine optimal processing time and media mix for your specific parts. Regularly inspect and maintain mounting points and the bowl to ensure stable operation and predictable finishing outcomes.
