How to use

Route the 15 m InLine simplex cable between the fiber outlet or patch panel and the target device, ensuring gentle bends and avoiding sharp edges; the minimum bend radius recommended for single-mode fiber should be observed to prevent increased attenuation. Insert the LC/APC connector into the device or adapter keyed for LC/APC and the SC/APC connector into the corresponding SC/APC port or adapter until secure. Verify optical performance using the supplied test report or by measuring insertion loss and return loss with appropriate test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

Handle connectors by their boots and keep protective caps in place until final mating. Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended bend radius or apply excessive tensile force. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or routing channels to avoid mechanical stress and to maintain long-term signal quality.
