InLine descascador de cabo solar 94101 — para 2,5/4,0/6,0 mm², 75×180×35 mm, preto/vermelho

Manual cable stripper InLine 94101 is a compact hand tool designed for preparing solar PV installation cables. It supports stripping of conductors with cross-sections of 2.5 mm², 4.0 mm² and 6.0 mm² and measures 75×180×35 mm. The tool is finished in black and red and is intended to remove insulation cleanly for connector termination, maintenance and on-site solar panel wiring tasks. Its construction focuses on accurate, damage-free insulation removal to keep conductor strands intact and ready for crimping or connector assembly.

Advantages

The InLine 94101 provides precise, repeatable stripping performance for the most common photovoltaic cables, enabling clean conductor exposure without nicks or cuts to the metal core. Its compact size and ergonomic shape support comfortable handling during repetitive work and reduce hand fatigue. The design emphasises simplicity and durability, making it suitable for both field service and workshop use. As a manual tool, it requires no power source and is lightweight for easy transport.

How to use

Select the stripping slot matching the conductor cross-section (2.5, 4.0 or 6.0 mm²). Insert the cable into the corresponding opening so that the required length of insulation projects beyond the tool. Squeeze the handles to clamp the insulation and rotate or pull the tool away from the cable as designed to remove the jacket in a single, controlled motion. Check the conductor for nicks and, if necessary, repeat using a fresh section of insulation to obtain a clean end suitable for connector assembly or crimping.

Recommendations

Use the InLine 94101 on de-energised cables only and verify that the selected stripping slot matches the conductor size. Inspect the stripped conductor for intact strands before crimping or connecting. Store the tool dry and free from corrosive agents, and perform periodic visual checks of the blades for wear; replace the tool if stripping performance declines or if blades are damaged.
