Intercomunicador áudio Fanvil A12 PoE HD Voice, telefone SIP de secretária com função mãos-livres

The Fanvil A12 PoE audio intercom is a SIP desk unit with speakerphone designed for two-way voice communication in reception areas, access control points and office environments. The device supports Power over Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation and delivers HD voice quality for clear conversations. It can be desk-placed or wall-mounted and integrates with standard VoIP platforms to provide reliable audio linking between users and security or reception personnel.

Advantages

The unit provides HD voice audio and full-duplex speakerphone operation for clear, simultaneous conversations. PoE support reduces cabling needs by supplying power and network through a single Ethernet connection. The SIP protocol compatibility enables integration with common VoIP systems and hosted PBX services. The compact design allows flexible desk placement or wall mounting while maintaining robust audio performance for public and private areas.

How to use

Connect the Fanvil A12 to the local network using an Ethernet cable; when connected to a PoE-capable switch or injector the device receives power and network access through the same cable. Register the unit with your SIP server or VoIP provider following standard SIP account setup steps. Place the unit on a desk or mount it on a wall at an appropriate height for users to speak into the microphone and hear through the speaker. Use the speakerphone to initiate and receive calls; the full-duplex audio supports natural conversations without manual handset handling.

Recommendations

For best audio clarity, install the unit in locations free from strong background noise and position it so the microphone faces the typical user area. Use a managed PoE switch to ensure stable power delivery and configure SIP credentials and network QoS settings on the VoIP platform to prioritise voice packets and reduce latency.
