How to use

Select colours according to your reference or creative plan and sharpen pencils with a sharpener suitable for colour pencils to avoid damaging the core. Apply light, even strokes for base layers and increase pressure for deeper saturation. For blending, layer adjacent colours using small circular or directional strokes, then refine edges and fine details with a well-sharpened point. Use an eraser designed for coloured media to lift small areas or soften highlights.

Recommendations

Store pencils horizontally or in a case to prevent breakage and maintain consistent sharpening. Use medium- to heavy-weight drawing paper (120–200 g/m² or heavier) for optimal colour application and blending. When working on detailed pieces, keep a sharpener and a blending tool such as a colourless blender or paper stump nearby.
