Advantages

The pencil offers steady pigment flow and predictable break resistance, which helps maintain consistent lines during writing and drawing. The wooden casing provides a comfortable grip and straightforward sharpening, while the medium-stiff core suits a range of techniques from light sketching to moderate shading. Made by Staedtler in Germany, the pencil meets standard quality expectations for long-lasting use in routine applications.

Suitable for

• Schoolwork: writing, note-taking and classroom drawing
• Office tasks: annotating documents and quick sketches
• Hobby and craft projects: detail colouring and mixed-media sketches
• Design and draft sketches: preparatory lines and conceptual drawings

Key specifications

• Type: wood-cased writing and drawing pencil
• Core: graphite/colour pigment suitable for writing and drawing
• Body material: natural wood barrel for easy sharpening
• Origin: manufactured in Germany
• Intended use: general-purpose tasks including sketching, colouring and note-taking

How to use

Sharpen the pencil with a standard handheld or mechanical sharpener designed for wooden pencils to expose a clean, even core. Use light pressure for initial sketching and increase pressure gradually for darker lines or shading. Combine with erasers compatible with graphite and coloured cores to correct or refine marks. Store the pencil in a dry place and protect the point when transporting to avoid breakage.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use the pencil for both quick annotations and detailed work by adjusting pressure and sharpening frequency; when colouring small areas, shorten the exposed core slightly to improve control.
