Lixadora excêntrica Bosch GEX 34-150 Professional 12000 rpm 24000 OPM preto, azul, cinzento, vermelho

The Bosch GEX 34-150 Professional is a random orbital sander designed for efficient surface finishing on wood, painted surfaces and composite materials. With a compact form factor and a lightweight body of 2.1 kg, the tool balances power and maneuverability. It offers a maximum idle speed of 12,000 RPM and an oscillation rate of 24,000 OPM, and uses Velcro sanding media fixing for quick abrasive changes, making it suitable for continuous work in workshops and on-site tasks.

Advantages

The tool delivers high material removal rates while maintaining a random orbital motion that reduces swirl marks and leaves a uniform finish. Its Velcro sanding pad allows rapid paper attachment and replacement without tools. The compact dimensions (315 mm depth and 190 mm height) and low weight help reduce operator fatigue and improve control in confined areas. Variable speed control supports adapting the sander to different materials and stages of finishing.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden furniture and panels
• Removing paint and varnish from medium-sized surfaces
• Preparing surfaces for finishing or repainting
• Working on composite and synthetic materials that require fine sanding

Key specifications

• Maximum idle speed: 12,000 RPM
• Oscillation rate: 24,000 OPM
• Sanding disc diameter: 150 mm
• Sanding media fixing: Velcro (hook-and-loop)
• Weight: 2.1 kg
• Compact dimensions: 315 mm depth, 190 mm height
• Ergonomic grip for improved handling

How to use

Attach an appropriate grit sanding disc to the Velcro pad, connect the sander to a compatible power source and set the desired speed according to the material and task. Hold the sander with a firm but relaxed grip and move it evenly across the work surface, keeping it flat to avoid concentrating pressure in one spot. For best results, begin with coarser grit to remove material, then switch to finer grits to achieve a smooth finish. Use a dust extraction system or vacuum connection where available to minimize airborne dust.

Recommendations

Use personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and a dust mask when sanding. For delicate or curved surfaces, reduce speed and use lighter pressure. Periodically inspect the sanding media for wear and replace discs when abrasive performance decreases to maintain consistent results.
