How to use

Install the LIGHTBAR VX500-SP on a stable mounting surface of the vehicle using appropriate brackets and fasteners. Connect the lamp to the vehicle electrical system following polarity and fuse recommendations for 12V or 24V circuits, and ensure a secure ground connection. Position the light bar so the beam is directed toward the working area; adjust angle and mounting location as needed to avoid glare into operator cabins or oncoming traffic. Test the lamp after installation and check for secure fittings and correct operation before regular use.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use suitable wiring gauge and a correctly rated fuse or circuit breaker. Avoid continuous exposure to high-pressure washing directed at connector points; inspect seals and mounting hardware periodically. Follow vehicle-specific electrical guidance when integrating the lamp into existing lighting or control systems.
