Macho de montagem roscado para ferramenta de porcas rebites GESIPA FireFox — M4 para porcas rebites M6

Threaded mandrel compatible with the GESIPA FireFox blind rivet nut tool, featuring an M4 male thread intended for installation of M6 rivet nuts. This replacement mandrel ensures correct engagement between the FireFox tool and the blind rivet nut body, enabling reliable setting performance during blind rivet nut installation in industrial and workshop environments.

Advantages

The mandrel is engineered to match the thread profile required for M6 rivet nuts while fitting the GESIPA FireFox tool interface. It provides consistent engagement and controlled pull force transfer from the tool to the fastener, reducing slipping and misfeeds. As a dedicated replacement component, it helps maintain the original tool performance and supports continuous operation with minimal setup time.

Suitable for

• Installation of M6 blind rivet nuts with a GESIPA FireFox blind rivet nut tool
• Workshop maintenance and tool refurbishment
• Production and assembly lines requiring frequent mandrel replacement

Key specifications

• Thread type: M4 male thread designed to engage M6 rivet nuts
• Compatibility: Designed for use with GESIPA FireFox blind rivet nut tool
• Function: Replacement/consumable mandrel for blind rivet nut installation
• Material: Hardened steel for wear resistance and durability
• Finish: Precision-machined surface for accurate thread engagement

How to use

Install the threaded mandrel into the GESIPA FireFox tool following the tool manufacturer's procedure: remove the existing mandrel if present, screw the replacement mandrel into the tool nose until fully seated and secure. Select the appropriate M6 blind rivet nut, position it in the workpiece hole, and operate the FireFox tool to set the nut. After use, inspect the mandrel thread for wear or damage and replace when thread deformation or reduced engagement is observed.

Recommendations

Use the mandrel only with the specified rivet nut diameter (M6) and the GESIPA FireFox tool. Regularly inspect threads for wear, keep the mandrel clean and lightly lubricated if recommended by the tool manufacturer, and replace the mandrel as part of routine maintenance to ensure consistent setting quality.
