The DeLOCK Woven Sleeve is a self-closing, heat-resistant sleeve designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, wires or electrical tubes from dirt and mechanical wear. Made from continuous polyester fibres with a woven structure, it provides increased flame resistance and abrasion resistance while remaining flexible and reusable. The sleeve measures 2 m in length with a width of 10 mm and an inner diameter of approximately 12 mm, and is suitable for temperatures from -50 °C to 150 °C.

How to use

Push the sleeve over the cable bundle; the braided, self-closing construction will contract around the cables and hold them in place. Cables can be added or removed by expanding the sleeve and repositioning as needed. To achieve a specific length, cut the sleeve with a hot cutting tool and melt the cut edge slightly to prevent fraying.

Recommendations

For best results, check that cable diameters fit within the sleeve’s inner diameter and avoid exposing the sleeve to direct open flame. Use a hot cutter or heated blade when shortening to seal the edge and maintain abrasion resistance.
