Mangueira de ar comprimido HAZET 9040-7 7,62 m 10 bar azul

The HAZET 9040-7 pneumatic hose is a 7.62 m blue air hose designed for general pneumatic tool use. Constructed to withstand a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar, this lightweight hose weighs approximately 630 g and is produced in Germany. The hose is intended to provide reliable air delivery between compressors and pneumatic tools while remaining easy to store and maneuver in workshops and service vehicles.

Advantages

The hose combines a long working length with low weight, making it simple to extend reach without adding significant bulk. Its 10 bar pressure rating accommodates a wide range of common pneumatic tools and applications. The product’s manufacturing origin contributes to consistent quality and material standards, and the blue exterior improves visibility and identification on busy job sites.

Suitable for

• Supplying air to handheld pneumatic tools such as impact wrenches and nail guns
• Workshop and garage compressed air systems needing a flexible connection
• Mobile service applications where a lightweight, long hose is preferred
• Routine maintenance tasks that require reliable low- to medium-pressure air delivery

Key specifications

• Length: 7.62 m
• Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar
• Color: blue
• Weight: approximately 630 g
• Intended use: pneumatic air delivery for tools and equipment
• Origin: manufactured in Germany

How to use

Connect one end of the pneumatic hose to a compatible compressor outlet and the other end to the inlet of the pneumatic tool or accessory using appropriate fittings and couplers. Ensure connections are secure and compatible with the hose diameter and the tool’s fittings. Before each use, inspect the hose for visible damage, kinks or wear, and verify that the compressor pressure does not exceed the hose’s 10 bar rating. When disconnecting, depressurize the system first to avoid sudden release of air.

Recommendations

Store the hose coiled without tight bends to avoid permanent deformation. Avoid exposure to sharp edges, excessive heat sources or prolonged UV exposure to preserve material integrity. For safety, replace the hose if any cracks, bulges or significant abrasion are detected. Use fittings and quick-connect couplers rated for at least the hose’s maximum pressure.
