Engage the safety lock as required, switch on the unit, and guide the food across the blade with steady, even movements. Turn off the slicer and engage the safety lock before cleaning or when not in use.

Recommendations

For best performance, allow larger or very cold items to warm slightly to avoid excessive hardness; always use the safety guard and follow the cleaning instructions in the manual. Store the slicer in a dry place and avoid immersing the motor housing in water.
