Permanent Marker Staedtler Lumocolor 318-2 Red Bullet Tip 10 pcs is a set of red permanent markers with a bullet (F) tip designed for precise marking and labelling on a wide range of surfaces. The low-odour, permanent ink is waterproof and lightfast, dries in seconds and is resistant to smudging. The pens feature DRY SAFE technology, an airplane-safe pressure equalisation system, a PP barrel and cap for long service life, a clip and compatibility with refill station 487 17. The set contains 10 markers in a stand-up STAEDTLER box.

Advantages

The Staedtler Lumocolor 318-2 offers long-lasting, lightfast permanent ink that remains legible for years. DRY SAFE technology lets the pens be left uncapped for days without drying out, and the airplane-safe pressure equalisation prevents leakage during flights. The ink dries within seconds for minimal smudging and is suitable for left-handed users. Markers are refillable with the 487 17 refill station and have a durable PP barrel and cap. The product is free of toluene and xylene and comes in an eco-efficient stand-up box that also serves as a pen holder.

How to use

Shake the marker before use. Remove the cap and write or draw on the chosen surface with the bullet tip. Allow a few seconds for the ink to dry to avoid smudging. If the marker is left uncapped, DRY SAFE technology prevents drying for days; nevertheless, replace the cap after use to preserve maximum performance. For refilling, insert the marker into refill station 487 17 and wait until the ink is drawn in; the marker will be ready to use in minutes and fully refilled after 3–4 hours.

Recommendations

For best results, test the marker on an inconspicuous area first when using on non-porous surfaces. Store markers horizontally or upright in the stand-up box; avoid temperatures below freezing or above prolonged heat to maintain ink properties.
