For best results, use the Vitavit Premium on moderate heat to reach the desired pressure level, select a cooking level that preserves vitamins for vegetables, and allow controlled steam release to avoid overcooking. Clean and dry thoroughly after use to maintain the satin-finished stainless steel surface.
