Passador de cozinha GEFU FLEISSIGES LIESCHEN aço inoxidável redondo 199 mm

The GEFU FLEISSIGES LIESCHEN stainless steel round kitchen strainer, diameter 199 mm, is designed for fine mashing and straining of cooked vegetables and fruit. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it features a removable stirring unit with a wooden ball that helps press and extract purees thoroughly. When the stirring unit is removed, the tool can be used as a conventional sieve for rinsing and draining various food items. The wooden ball must not be placed in the dishwasher and can be removed for cleaning.

Advantages

This kitchen strainer combines a fine mesh stainless steel sieve with a stable, removable stirring unit to produce smooth vegetable and fruit purees. The wooden ball enables efficient pressing to extract nearly all of the prepared food, reducing waste. The main sieve body is dishwasher-safe, while the stirring unit can be detached for easier cleaning. The round 199 mm format fits standard bowls and pots and is suitable for everyday kitchen tasks that require delicate straining.

Suitable for

• Straining cooked vegetables to prepare purees, soups and baby food
• Processing cooked fruit for sauces, jams and desserts
• Rinsing and draining small quantities of food when used without the stirring unit
• Fine-meshing tasks where removal of seeds and fibres is required

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel sieve with wooden ball on stirring unit
• Shape: round
• Diameter: 199 mm
• Mesh: fine-mashed for smooth purees

How to use

Place the strainer over a bowl or pot and fill it with cooked vegetables or fruit. Use the stirring unit with the wooden ball to press the cooked food through the fine mesh, turning or rotating the unit steadily to extract puree. When pressing is complete, remove the stirring unit to use the item as a passive sieve for rinsing or draining. After use, remove the wooden ball and wash it by hand; the sieve and removable stirring unit components can be cleaned in the dishwasher if needed.

Recommendations

For best results, work with properly cooked, softened fruit and vegetables to allow smooth pressing through the fine mesh. Avoid putting the wooden ball in the dishwasher to preserve its integrity; remove it before machine washing other components. Allow metal parts to dry thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water spots.
