Philips 50PUS8001/12 TV Smart LED 4K Ultra HD Ambilight 50" (126 cm), 3840 x 2160, Titan OS, Ambilight 3 lados, HDR10+, Dolby Atmos & DTS:X

The Philips 50PUS8001/12 is a 50" (126 cm) 4K Ultra HD Ambilight television with a 3840 x 2160 LED panel and three-sided Ambilight that projects on-screen colours onto the wall around the set for a more immersive picture. It runs the Titan OS smart platform with built-in streaming apps, and the Pixel Precise Ultra HD engine optimises sharpness, colour and motion. HDR10+, HDR10 and HLG high-dynamic-range support delivers brighter highlights and deeper contrast, while a 20 W 2.0 speaker system with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X provides room-filling sound.

Advantages

Three-sided Ambilight extends the image beyond the bezel and reduces eye strain in a dark room, a feature unique to Philips televisions. The Titan OS platform gives quick access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV and YouTube, and the set works with both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Three HDMI 2.1 inputs with eARC, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and a Game Bar make it well suited to current consoles, and Matter plus Control4 support integrate it into a smart home.

Suitable for

• Living-room entertainment, films and streaming in 4K HDR
• Console gaming over HDMI 2.1 with VRR and low input lag
• Ambient, immersive viewing with three-sided Ambilight
• Smart-home setups using Matter, Control4, Alexa or Google Assistant
