How to use

Ensure the system BIOS/UEFI and operating system support NVMe devices. Configure drives in the OS or RAID controller software if required.

Recommendations

To use more than one M.2 slot simultaneously, enable PCIe bifurcation (slot splitting) in the motherboard BIOS/UEFI so the PCIe x16 lane is divided for multiple ports; without bifurcation only the first M.2 slot will function. Verify motherboard support for PCIe 4.0 bifurcation and update firmware if needed.
