How to use

Clean the printer bed surface and align the flexible PEI sheet with the build platform. Adhere the sheet according to the printer manufacturer’s recommended method so the sheet lies flat without bubbles or lifted edges. Preheat the bed to the appropriate temperature for the chosen filament, load filament and start the print. After printing, allow the part and bed to cool to room temperature or to a manufacturer-recommended lower temperature, then remove the part by gently flexing the sheet to release it.

Recommendations

For best results, clean the PEI surface with isopropyl alcohol before each print to remove oils and dust. Use a brim for small or warped-prone parts to improve first-layer adhesion. Replace the sheet if permanent scratches or delamination appear. Avoid aggressive solvents or abrasive scrubbing that could damage the PEI finish.
