Prensa-cabo DeLOCK 60362 cinzento metal plástico

The DeLOCK 60362 cable gland provides a watertight seal for cable and conduit entry points in enclosures. Made of a combination of metal and plastic in grey finish, this single unit is intended for reliable protection against dust and moisture and for organized cable management in industrial and automation environments.

Advantages

The screw-on strain relief secures the cable and reduces stress from bending and vibration, preventing the cable from slipping out of the entry point. The gland meets IP68 protection for increased resistance to dust and water. Its robust construction allows use in demanding environments such as machinery and robotics installations.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable entry points in electrical enclosures
• Industrial machinery and automation systems
• Robotics installations and control cabinets
• Areas requiring dust- and waterproof cable feedthroughs

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriately sized hole in the enclosure, insert the cable through the gland and screw the unit into the housing thread or nut until the sealing element compresses. Tighten the screw-on strain relief around the cable to fix its position and achieve the required strain relief and sealing. Ensure the gland is compatible with the cable diameter and the enclosure thread before installation.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing and strain relief, verify the cable diameter range and mounting thread specification, and retighten after initial operation if necessary. Avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the sealing components.
