Prensa-cabos DeLOCK 60199 cinzento plástico 10 unid.

The DeLOCK 60199 grey plastic cable gland is a set of ten compact entries designed to provide a secure, dust- and moisture-resistant point of cable passage through panels, enclosures and junction boxes. Manufactured from durable grey plastic, each gland offers a simple mechanical seal around a cable to help maintain enclosure integrity while allowing easy installation and replacement of cables when required.

Advantages

These cable glands combine lightweight construction with chemical and wear-resistant plastic to deliver long-lasting service in common indoor and sheltered outdoor installations. The design enables a reliable sealing effect against dust and splash water, contributes minimal bulk where space is limited, and simplifies cable routing by providing a defined entry point. Supplied in a pack of ten, they offer consistent appearance and performance for multi-cable projects.

Suitable for

• Cable entry points in control cabinets and distribution boxes
• Routing and securing cables in electrical enclosures
• Small equipment housings and DIY electronics projects
• Temporary or semi-permanent installations requiring dust and splash resistance

Key specifications

• Material: durable grey plastic
• Pack quantity: 10 pieces
• Protection: provides dust resistance and protection against splash moisture
• Mounting: designed for panel or enclosure installation through a cut-out
• Physical form: compact, low-profile gland suitable for limited-space applications

How to use

Select a suitably sized cut-out in the panel or enclosure, insert the gland and secure it according to the panel thickness and mounting method. Pass the cable through the gland and ensure the sealing lip conforms around the cable circumference to provide the intended dust and splash protection. For repeated access or cable changes, verify the integrity of the sealing surface and replace individual glands if signs of wear or deformation appear.

Recommendations

Use the cable gland with cables that match the gland's sealing range and avoid excessive strain on the cable near the gland. For outdoor exposed installations or environments with continuous high moisture, consider additional environmental protection or a gland designed specifically for higher ingress protection ratings.
