The DeLOCK 60294 cable gland is a durable black plastic fitting designed to provide a watertight seal for cable and conduit entry points. Its angled shape makes it suitable for installations with limited space while offering protection against dust and moisture to extend cable lifespan.

Advantages

The angled design enables installation in confined areas without bending cables sharply. Constructed from robust black plastic, the cable gland provides reliable mechanical protection and an IP68 rating for dust and waterproof performance. Supplied as a single piece, it is suitable for replacing or adding one sealed cable entry.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable and electrical conduit entry points
• Automation and machine systems requiring sealed connections
• Indoor and outdoor installations where space is restricted

Ensure the cable is positioned correctly to avoid strain on the connection.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility of the gland thread and cable diameter with the housing and cable used. For optimal sealing, check that sealing surfaces are clean and undamaged and tighten to the manufacturer’s recommended torque where available.
