Constructed from durable plastic with a robust design, the cable gland offers reliable mechanical protection and long-term performance in automation, machinery, and general electrical installations.

Suitable for

• Sealing cable entry points in enclosures and junction boxes
• Routing up to three round cables or electrical tubes
• Use in automation systems and industrial machinery
• Indoor and outdoor electrical installations requiring IP68 protection

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriate opening in the enclosure that matches the gland dimensions, insert the cable gland and feed the cables or tubes through the gland body. Tighten the gland components to compress the integrated seal and achieve a watertight connection. Verify that cables are correctly positioned and that the seal is uniformly compressed to maintain IP68 protection.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing, ensure the enclosure opening matches the gland size and that cable diameters fall within the gland's specified range. Inspect the seal periodically and replace the gland if the plastic shows signs of wear or deformation. Avoid excessive bending or tension on cables at the entry point to preserve the seal integrity.
