Prensa-cabos DeLOCK 90° dobrado PG13.5 cinzento alívio de tração

This DeLOCK Cable Gland 90° angled PG13.5 in grey provides a watertight seal for cable and conduit feed-throughs in enclosures. The angled shape is designed for installations with limited space and the integrated strain relief secures cables while preventing excessive bending. Made of durable plastic, it is suitable for use in automation, robotics and machinery where a compact, protected cable lead-through is required.

Advantages

The screw-on strain relief fixes the cable and reduces stress from bending and vibration, keeping the cable in position even under movement. The IP68 dust- and waterproof rating increases protection against dirt and moisture. The compact 90° angled design allows installation in confined spaces while the plastic construction offers corrosion-resistant, lightweight performance.

Suitable for

• Cable and conduit lead-throughs in control cabinets
• Automation and robotics installations
• Machinery where space for straight glands is limited
• Applications requiring IP68 protection against dust and water

How to use

Drill or prepare a PG13.5-sized hole in the enclosure at the desired location, ideally where a 90° exit is required. Insert the cable gland and tighten according to mounting requirements to achieve a watertight seal. Pass the cable through the gland, then screw on the strain relief and tighten to secure the cable and provide bending protection. Ensure the gland and enclosure threads are clean and undamaged before final assembly.

Recommendations

For reliable IP68 performance, check compatibility with cable outer diameter and verify proper tightening of the strain relief. Avoid overtightening plastic components; use a torque appropriate for plastic fasteners and follow equipment manufacturer guidelines.
