Barra de halterofilismo olímpica com rolamentos, 120cm, 9kg, aço cromado, mangas rotativas, carga máx. 150kg

An Olympic straight bar with bearings, engineered for smooth, controlled lifts in home gyms and light commercial settings. The 120 cm bar weighs 9 kg and features rotating sleeves with a 50 mm diameter, accepting all standard Olympic plates. Its chrome-plated steel shaft with medium diamond knurling provides a secure grip without center knurling, making it comfortable for front squats and overhead presses.

Advantages

The bearing system ensures sleeves rotate independently, reducing torque on wrists and elbows during dynamic movements. High-grade steel construction with chrome plating resists corrosion and maintains a polished look. The 28 mm grip diameter suits most hand sizes, while the 150 kg maximum load capacity accommodates progressive strength training. The compact length is ideal for limited spaces, yet the loadable sleeve length of 18 cm per side allows ample plate stacking.

Suitable for

• Home gym enthusiasts performing Olympic lifts, squats, bench presses, and rows
• Light commercial facilities such as personal training studios and physiotherapy clinics
• Users with limited workout space who need a full-function Olympic bar
• Lifters who prefer a bar without center knurling for comfort during front rack positions
