The DrayTek Vigor2927ac is a tabletop dual-Ethernet WAN router with built-in dual-band Wi‑Fi 5 (802.11ac) that supports combined WLAN throughput up to 1267 Mbit/s. Designed for small offices and advanced home networks, it provides load balancing and failover for multiple Internet connections, hardware VPN and SSL VPN capabilities, firewall and content filtering, QoS and bandwidth management, and options for VoIP gateway functions. Models in the series also support central AP and switch management, DrayDDNS, and USB connectivity.

How to use

Place the router on a stable tabletop surface and connect Internet sources to the WAN ports; for wireless WAN use the model's WLAN-to-WAN feature or attach a mobile hotspot via USB/Wi‑Fi as supported. Configure the device through the web user interface or the provided management tools to set up WAN load balancing and failover, create VPN tunnels (IPsec/SSL), define firewall/content filter rules, and assign QoS policies for voice or critical services. Use the central AP and switch management features to add and monitor DrayTek access points and switches from the router.

Recommendations
