Sensor de fuga de água TP-Link Tapo T300 Wi‑Fi, alarme ajustável 90 dB, IP67, pilha (2×AAA), requer hub

The TP-Link Tapo T300 Smart Water Leak Detector is a compact sensor that detects water leakage and flooding and connects to the Tapo Hub for centralized monitoring. It features six high-sensitivity probes, an adjustable 90 dB alarm, IP67 protection, replaceable AAA batteries, and smartphone notifications via the Tapo app. The detector is compatible with Alexa and Google Home and can trigger hub alerts and smart lighting for visible warnings.

Advantages

The detector provides rapid drip and flood detection with both top and bottom probes and issues a local 90 dB alarm while also triggering the Tapo Hub for broader audible alerts. It sends instant app notifications for leaks and low battery events, supports multiple mounting options (lanyard, adhesive, magnet) and is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance. With two AAA replaceable batteries the device can operate up to 1.5 years when paired with the hub and over 2 years in standalone mode.

Suitable for

• Basements and crawl spaces
• Under sinks and near washing machines
• Water heaters and boiler rooms
• Utility rooms and humid or dusty environments

How to use

Place the Tapo T300 where water intrusion is likely (floor level near appliances, under sinks, or in basements). Install two AAA batteries, pair the sensor with the Tapo Hub via the Tapo app, and follow in-app instructions to configure alarm volume and notifications. Use the included lanyard, adhesive strips or magnets to secure the sensor in the chosen location. When a leak is detected the sensor emits a local alarm and sends an instant notification to the Tapo app; if connected, it can also trigger the Hub and linked smart devices.

Recommendations

Install the sensor at floor level for best contact with water and avoid placing it where airflow or splashing might trigger false alarms. Test the sensor after installation and check battery status periodically via the app. Ensure the Tapo Hub is within range for reliable connectivity if you want centralized alerts and hub-triggered alarms.
