Sensor fotoelétrico Datalogic 950811010

The Datalogic 950811010 S100 series photoelectric sensor is a compact miniature sensor with dimensions of 20 x 32 x 12 mm designed for object detection in automation systems. Its small form factor and robust mounting options make it suitable for installation in space-constrained equipment. The sensor is available with IO-Link programmability via Datalogic's ASIC, providing stable dual output channels and eliminating digital output jitter during communication.

Advantages

The S100 sensor combines a compact housing with four fixing holes (two threaded on the front and two slotted on the rear) for flexible mounting. The absence of manual adjustments simplifies installation and reduces the risk of tampering. IO-Link connectivity enables remote configuration and adjustment while preserving reliable, jitter-free digital outputs. Contrast (W00) models extend the series with fast, precise, and dependable detection performance.

Suitable for

• Object detection in compact automation equipment
• Conveyor and packaging systems with limited installation space
• Applications requiring remote configuration via IO-Link
• Contrast detection tasks using W00 models

Key specifications

• Brand: Datalogic
• Model / MPN: 950811010
• Series: S100
• Dimensions: 20 x 32 x 12 mm
• Mounting: four fixing holes (two threaded front, two slotted rear)
• Connectivity: IO-Link (programmable via Datalogic ASIC)
• Output: Dual output channels, stable digital communication without jitter
• Available types: Contrast sensors (W00 models) for fast and precise detection

How to use

Install the sensor using the provided fixing holes appropriate to your mounting plane: use the front threaded holes for secure screw fastening or the rear slotted holes for adjustable positioning. Connect power and IO-Link communication according to your system wiring diagram, then configure required parameters via the IO-Link master or host. For standard use, no manual sensitivity adjustment is needed; once powered and configured, the sensor performs object or contrast detection with the programmed settings.

Recommendations

Place the sensor to ensure an unobstructed optical path to the target and allow for alignment tolerance by using the slotted rear holes when fine positioning is required. Use the IO-Link interface for parameter changes to avoid physical access and to keep settings consistent across installations.
