Sony SRG-A12 8.5 MP preto 3840 x 2160 píxeis 60 fps CMOS 25,4 / 2,5 mm (1 / 2,5 polegadas)

The Sony SRG-A12 is a high-performance PTZ surveillance camera offering 8.5 MP resolution (3840 x 2160) at up to 60 fps. Designed for monitoring and presentation environments, the compact camera combines a wide-angle zoom lens with reliable PTZ mechanics and integrated AI-based PTZ Auto Framing to keep subjects naturally composed without a dedicated operator. The model supports single-cable network connectivity and provides HDMI and SDI outputs for flexible integration.

Advantages

The SRG-A12 delivers high-speed pan and tilt movements together with a powerful wide-angle zoom lens for flexible framing. Built-in PTZ Auto Framing uses on-device AI analytics to detect and track subjects reliably, offering preset camera positions, picture-freeze presets, AF (autofocus), AE (auto exposure) and AWB (auto white balance), and PTZ motion synchronization. Setup is simple and flexible, supporting single network cable operation plus HDMI and SDI outputs for direct video feeds.

Suitable for

• Lecture halls and classrooms

How to use

Install the camera on a desk, wall or ceiling using the supplied mounting plate if required, then connect power and the network cable for IP operation or connect HDMI/SDI outputs to a recorder or monitor. Use the supplied IR remote or an optional RM-IP500 controller to control pan, tilt and zoom, recall presets and switch PTZ Auto Framing modes. Select one of the three framing modes (Full body, Waist, Close up) and adjust composition (size and vertical/horizontal offset) to match the subject and scene. The camera’s AI analytics will detect and track the subject automatically during operation.

Recommendations

For best results, position the camera so the subject is visible from the chosen mounting point and ensure adequate lighting. Choose the appropriate framing mode (Full body / Waist / Close up) for the activity, set any preferred presets, and verify tally lamp status (Red = On Air, Green = PTZ Auto Framing ON) before live sessions.
