Use the integrated lever to raise or lower the platform smoothly with one hand to the desired ergonomic height. Adjust between sitting and standing throughout the day as needed; the gas spring provides stable, stepless movement so items on the platforms remain secure.

Recommendations

Alternate between sitting and standing regularly and set monitor height so the top third of the screen is at eye level. Do not exceed the specified load capacities (15 kg upper, 2 kg lower) to ensure stable operation.
