Testo 0628 0027 is a thin Type T thermocouple needle probe for measuring core temperatures with a compatible measuring instrument. The 150 mm shaft and 1.4 mm tip leave only a small puncture in the measured food. The probe is supplied with a permanently attached 1.2 m cable.
