ATEN 18,5" Dual Rail USB HDMI-DVI-VGA Full HD

The ATEN CL3800NW 47 cm (18.5") rack console is a short-depth, 1U dual-rail LCD KVM console with an 18.5" LED-backlit widescreen monitor (1920 x 1080). It integrates a keyboard and touchpad, supports HDMI, DVI and VGA video inputs, and provides USB keyboard and mouse connectivity. The compact, shallow-rack design fits standard 19" equipment cabinets and is suitable for environments with limited depth such as broadcast vans and small control rooms.

Advantages

The CL3800NW combines a full HD widescreen panel with a dual-rail mechanism that lets the monitor and keyboard/touchpad operate independently. The keyboard and touchpad slide back into a hideaway position when not required, while the slim LCD can rotate flush against the rack to save space. Multiple video input options (HDMI, DVI, VGA) and front USB mouse and rear ports for an external KVM console increase installation flexibility. Built-in mini stereo audio ports and broad AC voltage support (100–240 V) add practical compatibility for varied deployments.

Suitable for

• Server racks and IT cabinets with limited depth
• Broadcast vehicles and outside broadcast (OB) vans
• Compact control rooms and monitoring stations
• Environments requiring quick local access to servers and network equipment

Use the dual-rail design to slide the keyboard/touchpad forward for operation and slide them back when finished; rotate the LCD flush against the rack to conserve space while monitoring.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, install the console in a properly ventilated rack, use quality video and USB cables for the selected connection type, and ensure the AC power source matches the 100–240 V input range. Choose HDMI or DVI where available to obtain optimal video clarity at Full HD resolution.
