BIRA HARTTE XS12UP Abre-portas elétrico 12V AC/DC com função de memória interna, série XS (R5)

The BIRA HARTTE XS12UP is a high-quality electric strike lock from the XS Series, designed for reliable access control in residential and commercial door entry systems. Operating at 12V AC/DC with internal latching memory, it remains unlocked after a pulse until the door is opened and closed, providing convenient hands-free entry. With a fail-secure mode, the lock stays locked when power is off, ensuring security. Its symmetrical design allows reversible installation for left or right-handed doors.

Advantages

This electric strike offers robust construction with a zinc alloy body and a holding force of 3000 N (approx. 300 kg), ensuring durability and security. The internal memory function simplifies operation, while the low current consumption (250 mA AC / 300 mA DC) makes it energy-efficient. Rated for 300,000 cycles, it provides long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
