The InLine® Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable is the perfect choice for network infrastructures that require high performance at an economical price. Thanks to a high-quality CCA alloy of copper-clad aluminum conductors with 40% copper content, it offers improved conductivity compared to conventional CCA cables. This reduces electrical resistance and enables stable transmission at up to 10 Gbit/s over distances of up to 10 meters.
Another advantage: the cable is 4PPOE-capable and supports PoE, PoE+ and PoE++ with up to 90 watts of power. This means that IP cameras, VoIP telephones and access points can be efficiently supplied with power via the network cable - a cost-effective solution for professional applications.The double shielding (S/FTP) minimizes interference and ensures a stable connection even in demanding environments such as data centers, industrial halls or office buildings. The halogen-free TPE jacket (LSZH) is not only flame-retardant, but also particularly flexible – ideal for installations with limited space.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network switch or patch panel and the other RJ-45 plug to the target device (PC, server, access point). Ensure connectors are fully inserted and latched. Use the 0.5 m length for short patch cabling inside racks or between adjacent equipment to minimize excess cable and maintain tidy cable management.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling tension on the cable, keep separation from strong electrical sources to reduce interference, and verify connector seating after installation. For permanent backbone runs or outdoor use choose cables rated for those applications rather than short patch cables.
