Caixa elétrica Rittal 1003.000 aço inoxidável IP66 300×210×300 mm

Rittal 1003.000 stainless steel electrical enclosure with IP66 protection provides a compact, durable housing for electrical and electronic components. With external dimensions of 300 × 210 × 300 mm, the enclosure is supplied as a single-piece unit and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. The stainless steel construction and IP66 rating ensure protection against dust ingress and strong water jets, making it appropriate for junctions, small control modules and instrument housings in harsh environments. The enclosure includes an integral locator system that enables fast and reliable configuration without drilling.

Advantages

The stainless steel body delivers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength while maintaining a compact footprint. IP66 sealing offers high protection against dust and powerful water jets, suitable for exposed locations. The integral locator system simplifies mounting and system integration by eliminating the need for drilling, reducing installation time and preserving the cabinet’s integrity. Supplied as a single-piece enclosure, it reduces assembly steps and accelerates project deployment.

How to use

Open the enclosure and mount electrical components on suitable internal supports or backplates compatible with the integral locator system. Route cables through appropriate cable entries or glands and ensure all seals and gaskets are correctly positioned before closing. Tighten the lid fasteners to the recommended torque to maintain IP66 sealing. Verify continuity of earthing connections and ensure internal clearances meet applicable standards for safe operation.

Recommendations

For best performance, select cable glands and entry fittings rated for IP66 and sized to maintain sealing integrity. When installed outdoors, confirm that stainless steel grade and surface finish are suitable for local environmental conditions and consider additional protective measures in highly corrosive atmospheres. Periodically inspect gaskets and fasteners for wear and replace them if sealing is compromised.
