Caixa elétrica Rittal GA 9112.210, alumínio, 160×160×91 mm (L×A×P)

Rittal GA 9112.210 is an aluminium electrical enclosure with external dimensions 160 × 160 × 91 mm (W×H×D). The compact box is designed to protect small control components, junctions and terminal blocks in indoor electrical and electronic installations. Constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminium, the enclosure offers a lightweight housing option where protection against mechanical impact and environmental influence is required.

Advantages

The aluminium construction provides good strength-to-weight ratio and natural corrosion resistance, making the enclosure suitable for long-term indoor use. Its compact footprint saves space on walls or panels while still allowing convenient access to internal components. The enclosure supports easy mounting and installation and permits cable entries and terminal placement for neat internal wiring. The plain external surface suits painting or labeling for identification and installation purposes.

How to use

Open the enclosure according to the manufacturer’s instructions and position required components such as terminal blocks, small PCBs or relays on appropriate mounting points or plates. Route cables through prepared entries or drill appropriate knockouts as needed, then secure wiring and components to maintain clearances and prevent strain. Close the lid and fasten screws to ensure the enclosure is properly sealed for indoor environmental protection. Ensure all electrical connections are de-energized before installation and follow local electrical safety regulations.

Recommendations

Use the enclosure in dry, indoor environments and avoid prolonged exposure to aggressive chemicals or highly humid conditions. When additional sealing or ingress protection is required, apply compatible gaskets or sealants and check that cable entries are properly closed. For ventilation or heat-sensitive components, consider adding appropriate vents or a small fan while maintaining protection against dust.
