Key specifications

• Function: manual biscuit/cookie press for shaping and extruding dough
• Finish: silver exterior appearance
• Intended use: home kitchens and small-scale bakery production
• Operation: manual, countertop device not requiring electrical connection

How to use

Prepare dough to the consistency recommended for extruding — typically a soft but cohesive dough that holds shape without sticking excessively. Load the dough into the machine’s cylinder, select or attach the desired shaping disc if provided, and operate the manual handle or piston to press dough through the die to form biscuits. Release formed biscuits onto a baking sheet at the specified spacing and bake according to your recipe’s temperature and time instructions. Clean the machine after use according to material compatibility and manufacturer care guidance.

Recommendations

For best results, use dough formulas suited to extrusion (moderate hydration and cohesive texture), work on a stable countertop, and wash removable parts promptly after cooling to avoid dough buildup. Follow any manufacturer guidance for assembly and maintenance to ensure consistent performance and longevity.
