How to use

Install the card into an available PCIe x1 (or compatible) slot on a powered-off PC or server and secure it with the supplied bracket. Connect standard Ethernet cables to the RJ45 ports and install the driver from the supplied CD or download the latest driver for your operating system. Configure network settings, VLANs and any required IEEE 1588 timing features within the host OS or network management software. For Linux, ensure the kernel version is 2.6.30 or newer.

Recommendations

Use Category-5e or higher cabling for Gigabit (1000BASE-T) links and keep cable runs within 100 m. Enable jumbo frames only if all devices in the data path support the chosen MTU. Observe the stated operating temperature and humidity ranges for reliable long-term operation.
