Safetex Linga redonda SX-STEELBlackline com inserção de cabo de aço WLL 2.000kg em (SX-STEEL-020-02.00)

In demanding lifting operations, standard textile slings often fail when exposed to sharp edges, abrasive surfaces, or rough load geometries. The SAFETEX SX-STEELBlackline round sling with steel wire rope insert addresses this critical weakness by combining the flexibility of a polyester sling with the cut and abrasion resistance of a steel core. This endless loop sling is engineered to handle a working load limit of 2,000 kg in straight pull, making it a reliable choice for industrial rigging tasks where durability and safety are paramount.

Who is it for

This sling is built for professional riggers, construction crews, manufacturing plants, and logistics operations that regularly lift heavy, sharp-edged, or abrasive loads. It is particularly suitable for steel fabrication, machinery moving, and precast concrete handling, where conventional slings wear out quickly or pose safety risks. The SX-STEELBlackline is ideal for users who need a robust, long-lasting lifting solution that reduces downtime and replacement costs.

Tips

Always inspect the sling before each use for signs of wear, cuts, or damage to the outer sleeve or steel core. Store the sling in a dry, clean area away from direct sunlight and chemicals. When lifting, ensure the load is balanced and the sling is properly seated to avoid point loading. Use appropriate shackles or hooks with a safe working load matching the sling's capacity. Never exceed the rated WLL, and follow all local safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines for rigging operations.
