Câmara térmica Unit Uni-T UTi721M, dispositivo térmico portátil modelo UTi721M

The Unit Uni-T UTi721M is a handheld thermal imaging camera designed to visualise temperature differences and locate heat sources in industrial and building environments. The UTi721M captures thermal images that reveal overheating components, thermal bridges, leaks and insulation defects, supporting inspection, diagnostics and preventive maintenance in electrical, HVAC, building and mechanical applications. The compact, portable design allows on-site temperature mapping and documentation of thermal patterns for reporting and follow-up repairs.

Advantages

The UTi721M provides a non-contact method to detect abnormal temperatures and potential faults quickly, reducing the need for invasive testing. Its handheld form factor and straightforward operation make it suitable for field use by technicians and maintenance staff. Image capture and temperature visualization enable clear documentation of thermal anomalies for analysis, trend monitoring and maintenance planning.

How to use

Point the UTi721M at the target area from a safe distance and use the viewfinder or display to frame the scene. Capture thermal images of components or surfaces where temperature anomalies are suspected. Use the on-board controls to adjust settings and save images as required for later review. When inspecting electrical equipment, observe all relevant safety procedures and maintain appropriate clearance while imaging live systems.

Recommendations

For reliable results, allow the instrument and the target environment to stabilise to ambient conditions before recording images, avoid direct sun or strong reflections on surfaces, and document measurements with contextual visible-light photos when possible. Store captured images and notes with timestamps to support trend analysis and maintenance records.
